LP gain not adding correctly

Since when does gaining 16 LP only give you 13 LP? Someone explain this to me.

When you lost a game right before than actually went -3... but you don't go negative on LP so it put you at 0 instead... so winning only put you back up to +13...

You can have negative LP.

Or some shit. Idk I've never had negative and idk how it happens but I've heard people get it.

Ah wait I found out with a quick search.

Dodging a match doesn't demote you, so if you're at 0 LP and start dodging you go negative.

Gotta love windows updates.... if it isn't an annoyance from one company, it's an annoyance from another. Now if only I could get the LP restored for that night of massive lag...heh, who am I kidding. That'll never happen.
