Mini Map

So i logged in today and for some reason i cant left click my mini map to scroll through the rift and must unlock my camera and hover the side of the screen just to move so i can see where the enemy is coming from. Has anyone else had this problem or know how i could fix it without re installing? I tried resetting all my settings to default and it still will not work on my machine. Nobody i know has experienced this problem and can navigate the mini map fine.
