Mastery Page selection bug

I was queued for a ranked game with a 4 man, I selected brand with deathfire touch and discovered when i got into game, I was given my support leona runes, I had selected my mastery page way before the timer had ended, even before I locked my champion. Has anyone else experienced this bug?

Similar thing, except it tells me there is an issue. It won't update my mastery page regardless of when I change it, or if I restart the client.
