Leavebuster: Pls Fix

I seriously am getting tired of all the dc's and afk's and other crap in matches recently. The dc stuff is getting way out of hand. And I have had just enough issues with it to get to the "I Agree" not to leave screen. Yeah, apparently I am at fault for Riot's issues with server. And because of that, I get a lower priority in que. Great, more trolls, more feeders, and an overall crappier experience. Why? Because of Riot's awful new Leavebuster system. I am pretty sure that I speak for a lot of people here.
