my alpha client does not update
it updates till a specific point and then just restarts the update over and over again..non stop...pls help

Post this in the alpha client boards. The devs for it don't regularly check the boards here.
restart your computer, did this to me too but worked after restart
if off and on doesn't fix it i can't help ya
