Wukong's q (crushing blow) does damage + (10% of total AD) instead of damage + (110% of total AD)

Hello everyone,

not sure if riot is already working on this, but perhaps this is just a friendly remainder. Just as the title states, wukong' s q is heavily under power. I had a where he has all ad items, at lvl 18 and his q does under 200 damage. Feel like this really cripples him. thank you for your time
