Yasuo Wind Wall Bug

I was playing a game as zilean and the other team had a yasuo. Whenever I would land a q and it would hit a champion, Yasuo would wind wall and knock the landed bomb off of that champion. This happened many times throughout the game. I think this is a major bug because Yasuo can already block all skill shots and allowing him to landed over time bugs would be an insane glitch.
