I added a new friend, but I can not see her online or message her. However she can see me online, message me, and she can also invite me to game. I repaired my game, I logged out and back in and nothing seems to work with my problem. Can I please get some assistance, I made this on support and help but have not gotten a answer at all either.
I've also been having the same problem, I noticed when I was spectating one of my friends game and saw they were playing with another one my friends but they weren't showing online on my friendslist. They invited me to game and the problem was fixed I could see them online and message them but the next day the problem still persisted.. I couldn't tell if they were online but they could. It only started happening since the recent patch 6.6 I believe
It's because she has a < or a > in her status message. Have her delete her entire status message on the game client as well as the league friends app if she uses it. This should solve the issue.
