Champion Select Bug

The bug I'm reporting is one where when you move your cursor over a champ, the rectangle containing their art pops up and their abilities are shown, but it doesn't go away when you're not hovering over the champ. This coupled with having my masteries tab open, and the artwork being superimposed on top of the "x" button of the masteries tab can easily cause someone to miss their champion, as the rectangle and the masteries tab block the champ select area.
