Item Slots Bugged/Summoner Spell Keys Bugged

My custom keybinding still display 1-7 and not my custom keybinding to the specific slot.

[EXAMPLE] Pressing 3 on my keyboard will activate my trinket. (Thats my keybinding for it) but the trinket still displays the number 7 and not 3. The keybinding is working just the wrong display number.
