(LOCKED) are new runes canceled?

considering they just released an ask riot about it i doubt it. Idk what to say about the pbe. Also the pbe has its own boards thats were this post belongs.

They have to take them out because the current PBE cycle is ending, and the stuff that is left is the stuff going live this coming week. Runes Reforged aren't live for another month or so.
