Starter pack IP boost 4 wins

So, when browsing around for amusement in the league shop (OoOoh, shiny) i got curious as to what i didn't have from the Digital Collector's Pack, Champion's Bundle, and the Starter Pack. The first two offered a skin that you can't get in the shop (i figured) but the third, the Starter Pack offered an IP boost. Curious as to the price comparison between the package (with everything else unavailable, as with the champions from the other packages) i found that the IP boost with nothing else available from the bundle was worth 530 IP; while the identical IP boost costs 290 IP. Now i personally won't be buying the bundle or the IP boost, if i did, i could get the same benefit from it as i would from just over half the cost I don't know if riot knows about the 240 IP discrepancy, though i figure i may as well put the knowledge out there. it's probably a good idea to disable the Starter Pack bundle after all the champions are purchased, and the player is level 30.
