Corki Special Delivery Disappearance after first use [GAMEPLAY]

_Yo. _ Playing a norms draft pick game of Summoner's rift, mid lane Corki. After using my special delivery once, the timer on my passive began ticking down. Played as usual, and when I went back to spawn, my package was not there.

The timer had disappeared from the passive, indicating that the package had in fact spawned. It even showed on the mini-map. However, despite this, the package was not visible and I could not pick it up. When I hovered my mouse over certain areas, part of my mouse would tick green, indicating that it was detecting something. Clicking the while my mouse was hovered over where the package should have been & was glowing green yielded no results.

(Dunno how specific I need to be, but I was using the Corgi Corki skin)
