small game lag happens when opposing Nidalee leaves the jungle and appears on screen.

My friend and I have been playing duo queue and normals and we have seen several nidalees in game. This has been occurring with the opposing team having Nidalee. Right when Nidalee appears on the screen after coming out of the jungle for a gank or right as she is leaving the fog of war, a small lag or delay appears. I have not experienced this with any other champions. I have seen this happen several times in two of the games I have played when the other team had nidalee. Has anyone else been having this problem?
