[GAMEPLAY] Udyr -Blue smite devourer bug only 1 stack on dragon kill with smite

I have only played one game with this bug unfortunately to say but some description of the situation was that Udyr's only items were Blue smite devourer, boots, and 2 bisquits. He took dragon but he ended up getting 1 stack. You can see this in the replay from 10:30 - 10:40. He only had turtle, phoenix,and bear put in by his skill points. If I were to test this bug the steps i would do order them as so...

  1. Set up masteries so you have bisquits
  2. Get blue smite devourer, boots, and 2 bisquits
  3. Solo Dragon with those items and make sure to smite dragon for the execute

darn, this seems like a problem for devourer junglers. However, I haven't encountered this bug yet. Maybe rito will look into this.

I've had this bug repeatedly with Udyr. Basically in my last game only a few minutes ago, i only got 1 stack on the first drag i took but the second drag i took gave me the five stacks i was supposed to get. This is in all honesty a huge problem as it's slowing down the power spike gotten from sated devourer on Udyr by my reckoning an estimated 2-5 minutes on average. I hope riot fixes this as soon as possible. as for your directions to replicate the bug. i believe they are correct.
