PBE Chests
Am I the only one who cant open chests on the PBE?

No, I can't either. I opened a bunch of hextech chests around 6am no problem, but I just leveled up for the first time and got like 40 capsules and can't open any of them.
Same here... Just bought 20 Premium Chests and realized i have no access to the "Loot" tab.
I did get some awesome chests from riot in new preseason. But they are not in my loot page.
