When testing out the new skin along with the new champion,I noticed whenever Varus Auto attacks things wither it being the new champions tentacles or Minions,Varus' skin texture would change.I'm 100% sure it isn't suppose to happen like this lol..

Texture changes when the passive triggers, it's a feature of the skin dude..., Granted it doesn't look that good, but it's not random, it occurs when you kill something and gain the passive AS. [zombie-brand-facepalm]

This is absolutely a bug. There's a texture change for his passive, but it's not being applied properly when the passive activates after killing a minion. We're aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. ^-^
In the future, please report issues occurring on the PBE on the PBE Report a Bug section. It helps us better keep track of issues occurring on PBE bersus live.
