Fiora Ult LVL 1 and other glitches

Well I just had a game where Fiora had her ult at LVL 1. And it seemed during the previous games, she had the same thing occur. (They were talking about it in champ selection, which I didn't believe at first). However the drawbacks were that she couldn't auto attack and she was vulnerable during the duration of her ultimate. And in addition, it seemed that Leona "stole" Ashe's Q ability (I know this sounds pretty troll but it's pretty true). After the game, I just had to share this and here I am.
