Anyone else suffering bugs/lag this patch? (6.16)

Seriously, I haven't been able to play a single PvP game at all since they updated and released , I have been sticking to Co-Op vs AI and I can't even enjoy those right now to practice a champ or practice my CSing, because it's a lagging nightmare right now for me and it's actually making me endure the horrors of going negative scores against bots (Yes...FREAKING bots)

I noticed last patch when the PROJECT skins came out, I was playing the game fine, then towards the end of the patch I started noticing some small lag issues but nothing noticeable or a call for alarm, but then the patch I've been eagerly awaiting since I had RP sat aside to buy him, came out and I was busting with joy thinking I'd get to finally do a practice match or two and then dive into some real games Top Lane/Jungle with him and have a ball, but instead I was treated to the worst FPS of my life when the game started out fine, then once minions spawned and I got into battles or laning for some juicy CS, my FPS for the first time ever was dropping to 04-06 over and over again, and if I left the battle/lane it'd jump back to 09-10, but the instant I went to fight again it'd lower all over again.

Now I haven't had a single issue with lag at ALL since I downloaded and installed League of Legends, there's been a minor one here or there I'll admit but they were always solved with a fast disconnect and reconnect. this is very upsetting cause I've sank a good bit of money into this game to get champions I want faster and bought some skins here and there for my more favorite/mained champs, but what upsets me more right now is I can't get into right now with all this weird new lag issue stuff, I hope this is a bug on their end they'll fix but somehow I feel it's on my end and if that's the case then I propose a question to you all, how do I go about fixing it?

Oh and just figured I'd drop this in since I just tried it, I just tried to launch the LoL launcher, and it took like a whole minute or two to even pop up opposed to usually it's just click the icon and it comes up within a few seconds. this just gets better and better -.-

I've had bugs such as:

Creating a lobby will say "Please wait" and doesn't do anything
Friends can't join a lobby most of the time
When we tried to go to Que my secondary role was just blank or all the roles
My role picks didn't go thru. And it said something about changing them.

If anyone else has the same kinda problems, I would appreciate answers. Thanks!

I've been getting alot of lag lately i normally used to get 50-70fps and now its been dropping to 25-30 which is insanely hard to play with considering my champ pool is LeeSin Gnar Kindred and it seems I only seem to be getting this lag in the after noon if that helps for anything other than that I just completely whipped my computer and only have skype, league, and google installed so its not a problem there and my computer specs

your not the only one bro. I've been noticing the same issues, and only since this patch started. a lot of people I have been playing with even were having the same issues so i thought I'd hit the boards. I even tried completely reinstalling the game to see if it was just an install issue. but imo this is a game breaking issue. im sticking to HotS for now until this sh*t is fixed

Same. For the past 4 days now i'be been forced to stray away from rank and just play Aram. As soon as this patch came I got terrible lag spikes randomy and I met many people in Aram who is in the same boat as I am. I'm surprised this issue hasn't been brought up by more people.

Hey guys, I used to have major FPS drops since few last patches. Before I used to be running round 110-80 fps. Nowadays it got down to 30 and unplayable 10 fps during late game team fights. item 3070

I searched the net and found a solution that worked for me just fine.

I just unparked all cores using this utility:

and** my fps sky-rocked to over 300 fps now** (!?). summoner 6

It's really fine now.

Rig: i5, 16GB ram, gtx 760, 256 ssd.

It worked well for me. Hope it helps others.

I noticed this too. Prior to the patch my fps was higher and my ping was at a steady 36. Now my fps drops heavily and my ping spikes all game every game from 50-100, it's unplayable. I'm quitting until this is fixed. It's definitely not my connection, I've run speed test and my speed has been the same before and after the 6.16 and 6.17 patches.
