[CLIENT] unable to ban/choose champion following match accept.

Client bug preventing me from doing anything after I click accept and champ select begins. Background shows champ select has begun, however I am unable to take action. Forced to dodge because match accept screen remains on screen and does not disappear after clicking accept or decline. Lost LP and dodge timer as a result. NOTE this bug occurs AFTER accepting the game, and champ select begins but I am locked out from actually doing anything.

Please fix this bug. It is infuriating and makes me not want to play. Happened twice now. If this occurs in series it will be really tilting. Thanks.
