Never received Chaos or Order Summoner Icons

I played 8 ranked solo games yesterday as well as 1 ranked and 1 aram game today and still have not received either of these icons. Did I miss the event or do I have to play another game mode to get them?

1st. You're late. 2nd. If you did participate in it during the event you should have a Victor's token in your loot. You can forge that into the winner's icon.
