Lux E Glitch

During my last ARAM, I went to E as lux and nothing came out and didn't say i cast anything. From that point on i was unable to use my E for the icon was grayed out and said unable to cast that this time above the spell.

This is a super rare bug that has been around forever and we've still been unable to pin down - in some cases you can fix it by smartcasting the spell but not always. We'll continue to look into it over time but no ETA on a fix for preventing this.
