Hextech crafting emote/skin bug

Whenever i try to unlock an emote or reroll and emote/skins or whatever in the hextech crafting menu it says "Crafting failed!" and i reload the menu and nothing has changed, also if i unlock an emote it doesn't unlock properly, freezes my game and stays in the crafting menu
