Kindred passive bug

As Kindred when you mark a champion, for example Lee Sin and you kill him and gain a stack of yours passive and you cant mark him again for a period of time. But if you die and someone else kills him you will gain a stack of yours passive but the marking wont go on cd on him. You will be able to mark him again imidiatly after respawning. This happend to me when i was playing Kindred but sadly i dont have fottage of it.
