In-game client everything is little.

BowlO'Ramen has said that the issue I am having is because my computer is rendering above 1920x1080. It was supposed to be patched but I still can't play due to it. He suggested I do this. Client will either present it's self very small, or it's normal way.

In-game cursor, shop,wording etc all appears so tiny you can barely read it. Yet, champs and everything else are normal size. This happened only when I tabbed out of game, to every now and then, to every time without fail. Even though it's a known issue it still hasn't been 100% fixed.
