Is the problem with fullscreen fixed?

When the previous patch launched there was a problem in that some people weren't able to play in fullscreen and had to do alt+enter instead. However, I no longer see that listed as a problem in the notifications but I still have it. Is there something that I need to do to fix it or is it still a problem just not listed.
