Yo, after downloading pbe and client and other suff, after i logged in, i had to dwnld 15gb to play, the heck it is? its bug or smth?

It redownloads the whole game. Every skin file, image, sound, etc. It has to because it's a seperate build and is easier from a technical standpoint to just keep it seperate from your live build.
