ARAM kind of sucks, but it doesn't have to

Simple idea that would make literally everyone enjoy ARAM more: if the team comps weren't totally random. A team of squishy low range assassins and a squishy support is not ever going to beat a team that has a tank and 3 ranged carries. Just not going to happen. It would be way more fun if we didn't know from the outset which team has a 90% chance of winning. This doesn't always happen and there are some legitimately even games, but it is not fun when it happens several times in a row.

I would suggest giving each team a random tank, a random adc, and a random apc. Better yet, a Rioter could compile a huge roster of somewhat balanced teams that ARAM chooses from. They could even crowdsource this to players. We could select whether they thought the teams were balanced or not. Over the huge data-set that would provide, flamers' opinions who are just upset that they lost would cancel each other out.

We all know that individual selections are not random, much to most people's dislike. So why not give individuals a random champion (i.e. they are playing a new champion every game) but have team compositions be selected from a pool of balanced teams? It would feel random because you are playing a different character, but no one will be steamrolling because they got lucky or the other team got unlucky.
