[Audio gameplay bug] Tryndamere audio bug on sultan skin during spinning slash

The sultan tryndamere skin plays the chemtech tryndamere skin audio sound particles for the e "spinning slash", so the scissor sound that the chemtech skin usually plays occurs for the sultan skin. Bug does not occur when you spinning slash through nothing or on the spot.

Replication,

1. Use sultan tryndamere skin, own chemtech tryndamere skin.
2. Spinning slash through minions or champions, observe the subtle scissor sound effects.
3. Appears to have only been since patch 7.12.
4. replicated 3 games in a row, plus can be replicated 100% of the time in practice mode.
