[Gameplay] Game screen shoved into 2/3 of my monitor

I just had this game as morgana where when i loaded the screen was shoved over like in the image linked. I could move, the esc menu loaded normally, but the map and character were squashed visually. I had to close the game and reconnect for it to load correctly. I've never encountered this issue before so I'm not sure how to recreate it, but it was still strange nonetheless.
