[CLIENT BUG] Picking Champion

Hello. When Im joining a game and still are in picking, i pre-pick and when it' my turn i lock in. And even tho i lock in (the champion icons even go down as it does when u lock in) i still sometimes (about 4-5 times now) still get banned for not locking in?... this is quite annoying tho it banns me and also brings my MMR down for nothing. Am I alone to have this problem or does it happen to anyone else as well?.. Please help me.
