Mac client problems

I keep lagging out in my game, but not really lagging out... The problem I have is that I lose control of my champion and it goes to lvl 1 and I cannot see my champion move. I can command the champion to move but I cannot, myself, SEE my champion move (I chat with friends to see if I am moving and they tell me if I am or not). I can observe the entire game and watch people play and still chat with my teammates or even the enemy, I just can't participate. Every now and again my client disconnects and I am forced to back to base but other than that, I can do whatever I want in game but I cannot see it happening nor do I know it's happening. Has anyone else had this issue? I have repaired my client and even uninstalled and reinstalled it. I went through all the steps Riot has posted on how to fix a problem pertaining to firewalls and what not and I still do not know what is going on.
