Competitve ticket on live server??

So i just had quest to win 2 ranked flex games on a live server (EU west), reward was ticket capsule which contained 1 ticket... and i couldn't find it anywhere when i opened it i did have competitive tab grayed out but when i refreshed the client there was no competitive tab i was so confused i tought i can play the tournament mode... oh well guess we are not ready for that jet, it was just a client quest bug.
