Vayne E bugging

So at the 17.05.16 I played Vayne in a normal game and when I wanted to clear the blue buff, I used my on the big buff. He was shot through the wall, stuned for a while and then he walked back to me, through the wall. I did this with the crugs too, and they also moved. I tested that on the other jungle creeps and I think this Bug only appears when Vayne use her e on a jungle creep before a very thin wall.
