Matchmaking wait time

I started playing League again about two weeks ago. Back in September, matchmaking times were just under 1 minute. Now when I play ranked, I find myself sitting in the queue for at least 6 - 8 minutes although estimated time is 2 minutes.

Is anyone else facing this problem?
