Lagging every 10 minutes with a good ms ???? Help......

Ok so my ms is good but for some reason my game lags for like 2 minutes then goes back to normal for 10 minutes then does it again. WHAT SHOULD I DO

Hi im having this same issue. What did you do to fix it? I've tried everything from hextech repair tool to removing every firewall and antivirus from my pc to uninstalling everything and installing it again. Idk what else to do please help D:
