False Perma Ban for Use of 3rd Party Program

I would like to ask whether anybody else is having problems with an unjustified permanent ban. A friend of mine who has never touched any kind of cheating/skin costumization program or whatever might be considered a violation of the game's rules was banned two days ago for "3rd party program use". I can attest with absolute certainty that this is unjustified, since the only times he plays the game nowadays, we are playing together in one room. Since he nourished this account nearly since the beginning of this game and spent a considerable amount of money on it, he is understandably rather upset. Therfore I would like to know whether there maybe was a series of errors in the detection system, which Riot should be made aware of or at least if there is any way for him to get his account back?
