[Gameplay] Champion freezes and I can't use my abilities or move.

I was playing Thresh (He is my main.) and I was overjoyed to be able to use his new skin! Blood Moon Thresh! During the match there was several instances where I couldn't move at all. I could move my mouse and click but i wouldnt move! I died several times because of this and naturally I was angry so i just took a break from league and decided that i would have lost anyways we were far behind before the bug started. Then me and my friend get into a match. I was Alistar thinking maybe it was a bug with Thresh's skin, Blood Moon. During my Alistar match me and my friend were winning, Hard. We had 7+ kill over their adc and it was looking good. But then it happened again i lost control of my champ and died. Then I returned to lane and me and my adc went all in and again i freeze now both me and him die and the enemy get the shutdown gold. Then it happened a third time but at my tower. At this point i had enough i left. Yes i left i couldn't deal with this game breaking glitch any longer. During the Alistar match my friend informed me he had the same problems where he would freeze up in the middle of a team fight. Can someone explain what is wrong? I had 60 ping the entire time. IS there a fix?

TL:DR My champion freezes and i cant move but i can see my mouse animation clicking the ground and my cursor moves.
