[GAMEPLAY] Rengar can't Q gromp

So during the first 10 minutes or so of two games, one today, one yesterday, I couldn't use my Q as rengar on gromp, I was also unable to auto attack. After the 10 minutes i went back to gromp around 12 minutes and was successfully able to Q gromp and auto attack. To reproduce this I'll explain what my rotation was as best as possible, I used the same jungle rotation in both games. Start Krugs, smited big Krug Moved to wolf camp, cleared wolves with no smite Moved to gromp, smited it meaning I got the buff then tried to Q, wasn't able to Q, went base. This is what I did in both games. I hope its enough for the bug to be detected and fixed. Ty
