Scanning Files/ Calculating differences [CLIENT]

I am running windows 10 now, probably my problem but I have tried reinstalling and I am still getting scanning files every time I open league.

Currently i have over 3000 files scanned. when does this end?

I'm at 8500 and it's still going on LOL I lost my d4 promos to cause it dc'ed me during game

I'm having the same problem running Windows 7. I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game Riot, PLEASE GIVE ME A SOLUTION! It is absolutely not fair for me to have to deal with this, our monetary contributions help pay your salaries. PLEASE HELP!!!
