League of Legends accounts are now Riot Accounts Bug

Hi team,

I did not recieve the email early november regarding League accounts merging to Riot accounts. Which led me to believe that my account is unique. As i logged into League usually today, it prompted me to change my username...(title) Which led me to think it was not unique. I used to have an Old PBE account which has been disabled now. My account was NA based, but Moved to OCE. I only have 1 account. Im fairly confident its a unique username.

I would like to keep my username since it has been used since beta.
