League of Legends Loading screen won't appear after champ select.

After champion select, it wont let me go to loading screen. It shows a black screen and says, "League of Legends client has stopped working." Then it just takes you back to the reconnect page. It does this about half the time ever since the latest update with Taliyah. There is a good thing about it because whenever I had to leave a public match because of the bug it didn't put me in Leaver Buster queue. That happened three times and I still didn't get the 20 min queue. It lets me go into loading screen and lets me play sometimes but I hate having to worry about this problem every time after champ select. I don't know if Riot is aware of this problem or not. The problem could be my computer but I'm not sure. Please help!!!11!1!!!!!!1!
