chat problem in the game

well hello there, I have a serious problem in my game. when I enter the game the chat doesn't appear , but I can hear sounds from the chat like when a summoner send a message but I cant see it I think the chat has a bug but the chat with my friends is normal I can talk with my friends. can you help me please ?
