Hextech reward chests not being awarded

My issue is that I am not receiving hextech chests after s games. I just received a level 7 token for my fiddle but didn't receive a hextech chest. This has happened many times since you have released them. I know I have plenty of chests to be awarded but for all my s games, it very rarely actually gives me a chest. It is frustrating because I have 4 available and I should be using them and getting more available. Please fix this issue.
