Unable to move with clones/pets

While I'm playing any champ that contains a clone or a pet like , or , while the pet/clone is active I am unable to move. This only occurs with on my account, I have tested this with my brother's account. On his account I could move, but only on my account this issue takes place. When this issue occurs I am only able to control my clone or pet but not myself. This makes playing these champs basically unable to play. I find this very annoying as some of my favorite champs have a clone in their kit and I also have some skins for some of these guys. I hope you guys at riot can fix this.
