So i've recently noticed that when you stun someone with leonas Q they wont be stunned..? Sure they wont attack you but they will still continue their animation and cast their spell or use their skill. Like in my most recent game rammus got stunned, yet during stun he could just taunt me, another time he used his ult ... just wtf man? Or when lee just nope and dashes away while stunned animation was "on" -.-''
Stuns don't interrupt cast animations. If they have cast the ability before you have stunned them, it should still complete.
It should cancel autoattacks though (as many game against Riven have taught me).
If the enemy casts their ability before you stun them, the ability will still go through unless it is a channeled ability or an on-hit effect. In cases like Lee Sin or Tristana's dash, the stun will apply at the end of their dash if they're already in the motion of dashing away
