July 16th PBE Bugs Video and Description

Certain abilities won't work, minions ignore others and ignore players, if attacking a dragon the dragon will continuously do its start animation of it flying up and knocking everyone away continuously, and wards don't work. Everyone on the enemy team wasn't being hit by Pyke's ult or Q, and Kha'Zix couldn't ult or Q either. This also occurred with every other champion in the game as well. Has anyone else had this happen in their PBE games on July 16th, 2019?
