Patches never completes

Not sure why but everytime there is a patch it hangs at 100% and just sits at 100%, forever. Each time I would have to kill the League process and restart League. It restarts the patch from 0% again only to hang at 100%! I have to uninstall and reinstall every time there is a patch. Any help is appreciated!
