Hi,

I don't have a screen shot but basically Velkoz Ult was going on cooldown without firing, this happened a few times last night. I don't believe I was interrupted during cast as at one point I was solo in bot lane against ezreal and the same thing happened.

Huh, maybe I'll try replicate this. Did you try to move while ulting, because that will cancel and put the life form disintegration ray on cooldown.

Either way, it's better than that bug that would get Vel'Koz (and potentially his team mates) stuck under the ground.
