This patch is broken. [Gameplay]

The patch has been out for not even the full day in OCE and I've already encountered several game-ruining bugs.

The biggest one being Electrocute is not proccing and doing no damage aside from when it occasionally decides to.

Xerath Q release seems to pause or skip the game for a quarter second or so, enough to be disrupting shots.

Qiyana Q stops doing damage or its effects aside from stealth.

TFT not launching into a game window and requiring a full restart.

And that's just from a few games, this is pretty unacceptable and I've got no idea how it made it out of PBE like this.

Edit: Also forgot swains R recast not scaling up in damage at all at times.
